Ambode bags “Role Model of the Year” award
The third edition of the “Glamour” and the first series of the “Glamour Role Model Awards”, organized by Dreamscape Productions, was held, on Sunday, the 11th of December, 2016 at Ruby Garden, Lekki.
Lagos State Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode bagged the “Role Model of the Year” award.
The Governor was represented by the Honorable Commissioner in the Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission, (LASIEC) – Hon. Lateef Raji who picked the award on his behalf.
The Royal Father of the Day was His Royal Majesty Oba Saheed Ademola Elegushi, Kusenla III, Elegushi of Ikateland, while the Mother of the Day was the founder of Nike Art Gallery – Chief (Mrs.) Nike Okundaye Davies, who was also named “Humanitarian Of The Year (Female) award.”
A former Chief Judge of Lagos State, who is also the current Chairman of LASIEC, Justice Ayotunde Phillips was named “Woman In Leadership.”
A former Lagos State Governorship of the Peoples Democratic Party, Mr. Jimi Agbaje was named “Man of the Year”, while the “Most Glamorous Olori of the Year” award was given to Olori Sekinat Aramide Elegushi.
Pastor Ituah Ighodalo was named “Humanitarian of the Year (Male)”, “Entrepreneur of the Year (Female)” went to Agatha Amata and in the Nominated Field, Mercy Aigbe Gentry took home “Celebrity of the Year”, Brendan Nsikak was winner for “Pageant/Fashion Entrepreneur of The Year”, while Queen Mercy Atang (Miss Nigeria Int’l 2015) won the award for “Most Proactive Pageant Queen of the Year”.
