Meet The oldest person in the world, Emma Morano, As She turned 117 yesterday!

Emma Morano--The world's oldest person and the only living person today who was born in the 1800s! The Italian supercentenarian was born on this day in a tiny village near Milan in 1899. When asked about the secret to her long life, she credits her steady diet of raw eggs, getting plenty of sleep, and staying single. After a doctor recommended eating raw eggs to counter anemia when she was in her teens, Morano ate three raw eggs a day for decades, though in the past few years, she's dropped her daily intake to two. She's also stayed single since an unhappy marriage ended in 1938 following the death of her infant son; "I didn’t want to be dominated by anyone,” Morano asserts.

Morano still lives alone in a small apartment with the help of family and neighbors. Rosemarie Santoni, her niece and principal caregiver, comes by every morning to prepare her meals for the day, which in addition to eggs include soupy pasta and a banana. Her doctor of nearly 20 years, Carlo Bava…

Why Is The City Of Dubai So Wealthy?

The kingdom of Dubai, as it stands today is the result of the vision of its founder monarchy, His Highness Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and the current ruler Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The Emirate of Dubai was raised to a modern city from the arid Arabian Desert in a span of just last 40/50 years. Out of the seven Emirates, Dubai however progressed faster and evolved into the most modern city of UAE.

Dubai had money, but did not have modern technology, educated men and skilled labour. So, the king invited men and companies from all over the world to build a modern city, work and do business there. He also wisely shared the prosperity of Dubai with all those who migrated there.
Secondly, he declared Dubai as a Free Port without any Tax of any nature and this triggered an explosion in trading activities by all those international giants in Dubai,

Thirdly, he came up with a massive plan to convert the arid desert to a green pasture, virtually with the help of “Drip water…

Amazing!- Japan Fixes mega-sinkhole in just a WEEK

While motorists around the world endure the misery of pothole damage, authorities in Japan have given a lesson in efficiency - by fixing a gaping sinkhole in just one week. The huge chasm measured around 30 metres wide and 15 metres deep when the road collapsed last Tuesday. But just seven days later, the road, in the business district of the Japanese city of Fukuoka, has been reopened. Construction teams worked around the clock, dumping huge amounts of wet cement and sand into the huge hole and fixing electricity, gas and water lines.
I'm sure it would take 2 years to fix in Nigeria.

4 Lessons Every Entrepreneur Can Learn From Donald Trump

So, what else does Trump have to teach us? Politics aside, here are four lessons that every entrepreneur can learn from the controversial billionaire and his presidential run. 1. Winning is everything -- there are no 'participation' trophies in the real world. The younger generation today is being set up for failure. Its members are being taught at a very early age that participation alone is acceptable, but in fact that is so far from reality. Trump never sets out to be a participant, in anything. He’s going for the win in the election and I guarantee he never opens a Trump resort with hopes of being one of the "top" hotels in the area. I remember an incident back when my dad was the president of our local Little League. A parent was livid that the first-place championship trophies my team received were significantly larger than the ones awarded to the other teams. And my dad? He just smiled and said, “Welcome to the real world.” I can’t help but think how he w…

Sins of The Clintons- 40 years of Sex, Lies and Scandals!

Almost 40 years after Bill and Hillary Clinton first entered American public life, they are to leave it beset by crushing humiliation.
There will be no first female U.S. President — this time. History will not be made by a wife following her two-term husband into the Oval Office. There will be no dynasty, no President Hillary Clinton.
Why did they think they deserved otherwise?
A zombie marriage killed long ago by Bill’s philandering was cynically reactivated to boost her White House ambitions.
Trump called her ‘crooked Hillary’. She certainly warranted the adjective ‘toxic’. She was chilly and aloof; the technocrat personification of America’s East Coast liberal elite that Rust Belt America and beyond had grown to despise.
In the end, too many people had simply grown tired of the Clintons emerging from scandal after scandal with their ambitions intact. But then, the Clintons always came with an awful lot of baggage, as this list of controversies proves . . .
