Audi Unveils driveless Car!

The German Car Giant, Audi has unveiled a car which is self-driven, the car was displayed at the Consumer Electronic Show in Las Vegas.
It features a motherboard the size of an Apple ipod that controls the self driving technology.
The car can stay in a lane when travelling less than 40mph and can keep a set gap to the car ahead of it.

If cars cut in front of it the A7 is able to break and Audi said the technology is close to featuring in production models.

Ulrich Hackenberg, a member of the board at Audi for technical development, said: "The prototype period is almost over."
Mr Hackenburg said the biggest hurdle getting the technology into production cars is getting governments in different countries to agree on the use of driverless cars.

He said that the self driving technology could feature in A8 cars within three years.
I cant wait to have one of those in a traffic jammed country like mine..
