Lagos, Nigeria; February 20, 2015: Leading telecoms operator, Airtel Nigeria, has launched Wynk, a premium music app that allows customers to stream, download and create exclusive music playlists across all genres.
 
The launch of the app comes against the background of Airtel’s passion for providing delightful entertainment options for customers especially youths and the young-at-heart across Nigeria.
According to the Telco, the unique platform is optimized to allow seamless streaming and unlimited access to millions of international and Nigerian songs thereby providing great user experience.
 
Wynk is available on a variety of platforms including Apple devices (iOS), Android, Windows and Mac Operating Systems. 
 
With a premium account, users can also synchronise the saved playlists and songs across up to three devices. The Airtel Wynk Music App also allows users to listen to songs by major music labels such as Sony Music, Universal and EMI on the platform.
Speaking on the product, the Chief Commercial officer, Airtel Nigeria, Mr. Maurice Newa reiterated Airtel’s resolve to remain at the forefront of creating amazing and quality entertainment experience for its customers.
