Man Detained By Secret Service Agent After Marriage Proposal to Malia Obama

30-year-old Jair Nilton Cardoso was detained after he showed up on April 10  with a sign held up against an office window that read, "Will you marry me?".
He was kicked out but he laer showed up 2 days later outside another building where Malia works.
The reason for his arrest was because he has a sketchy history with the White House.
He has been take to the hospital for psychiatric evaluation.
