The death of another celebrity has been spreading all over the internet, it read thus;
“At about 11 a.m. ET on Friday (June 12, 2015), our beloved actor Jackie Chan passed away. Jackie Chan was born on April 7, 1954 in Hong Kong. He will be missed but not forgotten. Please show your sympathy and condolences by commenting on and liking this page.”

Alas! It was just another Internet death hoax which most of his fans fell for, his fans, in their hundreds, took to his facebook page to pay him condolence while his twitter handle did not miss the frenzy madness,  however the 61-year-old actor's rep ended the rumor by confirming that Jackie Chan is hale and hearty, “He joins the long list of celebrities who have been victimized by this hoax. He's still alive and well, stop believing what you see on the Internet,” they said.
Some fans have expressed anger at the fake report saying it was reckless, distressing and hurtful to fans of the much loved actor. Others say this shows his extreme popularity across the globe.
