Nigeria first lady, Patience Jonathan summoned a meeting of  the families and school authorities where the girls were abducted by Islamist extremist earlier this week. She began questioning the principal and at some point lost her emotions and started crying. 
I hope the tears are genuine? thinking out loud.. which constitutional authority gave her the power to summon and address the Victim's family?
